The beginning

Francesco began in 1984 and has evolved from the kitchen of Franco’s grandparents in the charming port of Callao, Peru. Born out of a passion for tradition and innovation, Francesco seamlessly blends his Italian heritage with the abundant seafood offerings, creating an authentic mix of flavors in every dish.

1995

The growth

In the mid-nineties, Francesco expanded its culinary footprint, unveiling its second restaurant in the prime district of Miraflores, Lima – Peru. Nestled in the heart of this vibrant locale, our establishment in Miraflores is a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

The internationalization

Formerly gracing Coral Gables until 2018, Francesco left an indelible mark on the culinary landscape. Recognized by Zagat Magazine as one of the finest Latin American restaurants and consistently awarded as the best in South Florida, Francesco embodies excellence and a commitment to culinary mastery.
